A Message From Our President at EPP
As we look back on 2021, I’d like to focus on the wins. Despite inventory challenges, similar to what we’ve all been dealing with in our personal and professional lives, we were able to successfully provide tens of thousands of carefully selected products to you. We have most appreciated our customers’ patience, understanding and flexibility as we delivered products to your employees, your clients and your communities.
As a B Corp, we continue to work towards a better and more sustainable future by using business as a force for good and following the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. While this is a global initiative, we prioritize where we can make the biggest impact with the products we sell and our work in our local communities. We have successfully made inroads and scratched the surface on 12 of the 17 goals. We’ll be sharing more on this throughout 2022.
What can I say about 2022? I can say for certain that nothing is for certain. Our team will continue to provide the best level of customer service. We will do whatever we need to do to keep providing sustainable promotional products at fair prices, made safely. Please continue to hang in there with us.
